Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, all our consultations are free. Our quotations are valid for 30 days.
Do you only renovate bathrooms?
No, we can also renovate your ensuite, water closet, powder room and laundry (we don’t do stand-alone water closet, powder room and laundry renovations, but we can renovate it together with your bathroom!).
I live in a unit or apartment, can you renovate my bathrooms?
We don’t work in all unit blocks and apartment buildings, but if you live in a low-rise apartment building (like the old school ‘six-packs’) there is a good chance we will be able to assist with your renovation. If you are unsure feel free to contact us to inquire!
I don’t want to renovate my entire bathroom, are you able to help with a partial renovation?
Brisbane Bathroom Renovations specialize in the complete bathroom renovation, we don’t carry out partial bathroom renovations. If you are wanting to replace your shower or bath, install a new vanity or replace a shower screen, unfortunately our company isn’t the right fit for your project.
What suburbs do you service?
Our office is based in Geebung, and we carry out renovations in Brisbane city and close surrounding suburbs. Unfortunately we are not able to service all suburbs around Brisbane, so feel free to ask if we can help you with a renovation in your area.
Are you insured?
Our company and staff are all appropriately insured and our Public Liability cover is $20,000,000.00.
Do you offer a warranty?
All eligible bathrooms are covered for a period of 6 years and 6 months through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Home Warranty Insurance scheme.
Can I purchase my own tiles and bathroom fittings?
Yes, you best know your tastes and budget, and you may have a supplier that you have dealt with before. We can also give you details of our preferred suppliers if required. We will provide you with a ‘shopping list’ covering all the items you will need for your renovation, including dimensions and specifications as required.
I have to work and won’t be home during the renovation, will this be ok?
We have an excellent reputation and we personally supervise the renovation from start to finish, which means you can have peace of mind knowing your property will be shown the respect it deserves.
How long will my bathroom renovation take?
A typical bathroom renovation takes between two to three weeks.
What happens after I have accepted your quote?
After you have accepted our quote we will arrange another appointment. This second visit is to a final check measure, discuss bathroom fixtures and tiles, and to answer any further questions you may have. We also take this time to review and sign the contract and home owners warranty with you, and secure a start date for your renovations. Do you remove rubbish from our house after the renovation?
Yes, we include in the price a skip bin if required and we use it while we are on site. Your home is left as it was when we leave, except you will have a beautiful new bathroom!
