The next step is to arrange another visit to your home. The purpose of this appointment is to cond
uct a final check measure, secure a date for your renovation, and complete all the contract paperwork relating to your project. To give you peace of mind, we use a HIA Kitchen, Bathoom and Laundry contract. We have proudly held our HIA membership for over 10 years.
At this visit we will also discuss the fittings, fixtures and tiles you will need for your bathroom renovation. Included in our renovation kit is a list of all the items you will need to supply for your renovation, which details the quantities and specifications for all your bathroom fittings. If you would like suggestions on where to purchase your bathroom fittings, we can direct you to our preferred suppliers; or you may have suppliers that you wish to purchase from. This means you are free to choose the exact items you would like to have in your new bathroom. If you are unsure about your selection, and would like us to review your preferred bathroom fittings before placing an order with the supplier, we will be more than happy to help you with this. If your chosen suppliers have any questions relating to your renovation, we are happy for them to contact us directly.
Your suppliers will organize with you a time to deliver your bathroom tiles and fittings. To ensure your renovation runs to plan, we recommend you arrange delivery a few days before we are due to start your project. As your renovation approaches, we will organize a skip bin to be delivered and placed in a suitable location on your property that we have determined earlier with you.
Once we commence your renovation, you will be suprised at how quickly your old bathroom is transformed! We have a reliable, professional team of qualified trades people who have worked with us for many years on our bathroom renovations. Each trades person carries out their portion of the renovation on time and to schedule, which means we can confidently say your renovation will be completed inside the allocated timeframe.
